How long do I have to make my return?

In- store purchases can be returned within 14 days for store credit only. Returns requested after this window will not be processed.

Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days for full refund. After 14 days it’s store credit only.

 

Sale Items 

All sale items are final sale. Items purchased on sale—whether in-store or online—are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. No exceptions.

 

What is returnable?

Items in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please note that if you ordered two sizes of the same item, a $12.99 restocking fee is deducted when refunded. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and all customers will be subject to a $10 return fee if the prepaid label is used. You may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method at your expense.  

Rebel Life LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
